Natural Wine Starter Set

This set is a snapshot of three current wines and will change from time to time, but the idea stays the same: three wines that offer an affordable introduction to the world of natural wine. It includes the following three wines:

Super fresh and juicy. Müller-Thurgau brings the spice, a bit of Scheurebe adds a nice fruity note, Riesling brings the acidity and Silvaner gives it body. Bottled during harvest with 6g of residual sugar to get the perfect balance between bubbles and structure.

Orange Vol. 4
Carrousel de Tête

Region: Palatinate (Pfalz)
Grape variety: Scheurebe, Muskateller, Riesling, Silvaner
Alcohol by volume: 11.5%
Bottle size: 0.75 l
Sulphur: minimal dose added at bottling (25mg/l)

Made with 70% Muskateller and Scheurebe, harvested together and fermented on the skins for around 8 days and aged now one year in steel. For the finish there is 30% mix of Riesling, Muskateller and Silvaner to give freshness, juiciness and acidity. 

An aromatic (elderflower, lychee), well-structured orange wine with a light bitterness and an excellent partner for grilled peaches and goats’ cheese. Beautiful from the bottle, but also a fun one to experiment with in a decanter. Enjoy at 12°
