Why are some wines limited?
Some wines you find in our shop are limited to a maximum of one or two bottles per customer. The reason is simply that they are very rare and we want to give as many people as possible a chance to enjoy them. If you see a notice like “limited to two bottles” on the product page, please respect it and do not buy more. Otherwise we may have to adjust your order.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
As long as your order has not been shipped, you can change it anytime. Please simply reply to the order confirmation you received via email.
