Creamy, smooth and serious. The 2024 vintage of Hárslevelü was made with whole bunches, half direct press and half with five days' skin contact; a balance which gives a satisfying structure and complexity.
After he tasted Hárslevelü for the first time, Horst Hummel instantly fell for the depth of flavour and aroma of the variety. Translating as ‘linden leaf’, its floral notes are reminiscent of the linden tree.
