1. Processing time
As a small company, we ship orders twice a week.
If you need your order quickly, please contact us in advance or choose express shipping (only within Germany).
Express orders made before 10am are shipped on the same day, while those made after 10am are shipped the next working day.
2. Shipping within Germany
We ship via UPS.
Standard delivery usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Express delivery takes 1 working day.
You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is ready for collection by UPS.
UPS does not deliver on Saturdays.
We do not ship to DHL Packstations.
We use high quality, certified cardboard boxes for shipping. Your shipment is insured against theft, loss and damage.
3. Shipping rates within Germany
For orders of 100€ or more:
UPS standard shipping: free
UPS express shipping: 4,90€
For orders under 100€:
UPS standard shipping: 7,90€
UPS express shipping: 12,90€
4. EU shipping
We offer shipping across the EU via UPS. Please see below for the list of countries we currently ship to. If you would like a delivery made to a country not on this list, please contact us.

For orders of 300€ or more, shipping to the following countries is free.
For orders under 300€ the following rates apply (UPS international standard shipping):

7. Same day delivery in Stuttgart
In Stuttgart, we offer same day delivery every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in cooperation with a courier service.
Order by 4pm on one of these days to receive your order on the same day, by 9pm at the latest. Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered on the next possible day.
There are two delivery zones. Please take a look at this map to see if your delivery address is within one of these zones. If you can't see it clearly on the map, please enter your address in your shopping cart, all available delivery options and rates will be displayed there.
Delivery charges for zone A (Stuttgart inner districts):
