Out of our their own interest and desire for an authentic artisanal vermouth, Olympia and Hannes came up with the idea of crafting their own. They already had almost everything they needed: their own wine, herbs from the garden, their own marc spirit. The only thing missing were citrus fruits, which they sourced from Greece.

After several attempts, experiments with recipes, blends and macerations, they found a permanent recipe, based on Lemberger, fortified with their own marc spirit and infused with only fresh herbs from the garden.

The result is a really great vermouth. A flavour bomb with a tantalizing bitterness, suitable as an aperitif with tonic or as a digestif served on the rocks!
