As every year, here is our Gamay with its 7-week100% carbonic maceration which shows our commitment to prioritize fruitiness and indulgence. A blend of 3 plots of young and old vines located in Saint Germain-des-Nuelles (near l'Arbresle) in Beaujolais, with 3 different types of soils (granite, marls and limestone).

This vintage retains its fruity and silky framework specific to our Vinum Bibo cuvée, with a bit more lightness than in 2021. Easy to drink, it will pair well with everything, from the beginning to the end of the meal, from aperitif to dessert.
