This is the first Pet Nat from O2Y.
It is a blend of 50/50 Marsanne-Roussanne grapes from Belleville-en-Beaujolais.
This very refreshing glug-glug with 11.5% alcohol stands out with its very light aromatic profile, featuring notes of white fruit and flowers.
Its fine bubbles can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with dessert.
