« L'Autre Petit Nico » is a Non-Vintage cuvée since it is a blending of the 2021 and 2022 harvests. Indeed, given the very low yield and the lengthy, seemingly endless fermentations of the 2021 harvest, we found it logical to blend the two years. We combined the Savagnin grapes from 2021 and 2022 from Villette-les-Arbois with the Savagnin grapes from my vineyard located 'En Trouillot Batard' in Poligny.
The combination of the two terroirs and the two different years creates a delicate wine with a very precise nose.
With floral notes such as lily and perceptible yellow fruit on the nose, the magic happens in the mouth. A subtle mix of citrus, minerality, and honey will surprise you with its delicacy. Whether they enjoy it now or let it age peacefully, everyone will find their way to appreciate it.
