Following the enthusiasm received with the "Fidji" Cuvée in 2021, we continue the adventure with the 2022 vintage and its 2-week maceration of Gewurztraminer.
As in the previous year, we have maintained our choice to ferment it in stainless steel tanks in order to optimize and prioritize freshness and digestibility.
