A Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) from Moritz Schilling's first vintage 2022, grown on the volcanic soils of the Kaiserstuhl and fermented with whole grape clusters. Aged for 22 months in barrel, unfined, unfiltered, and bottled with minimal added sulfur. Just 400 bottles produced.
