Riesling from a 50-year-old vineyard in Deidesheim, made in collaboration with Seckinger. “Clos” because the plot is enclosed by a wall, as is common in France.
One Part is vintage 2024 with 18 month in one small used barrel without topping, means under flor.
And the other part is vintage 2025, also directed pressed, with 8 month in one small used barrel. more on the reductive side.
This wine needs a bit time and air in a decanter and shows you then lemon peel and citrus aromatic.
