Domaine Hiphod is Weingut Hainbusch’s négociant line – wines made using grapes from fellow winegrowers.
Spätburgunder Rosé 2024 is 100% Pinot Noir from an organic grower in Badische Bergstraße. Crushed underfoot and given a short maceration, the grapes were pressed and left to age for a year in a 400 litre barrel. After racking into stainless steel, the wine was given another 6 months before bottling, with a minimal amount of sulfur.
