Müller-Thurgau from 70 year old vines from a north-facing vineyard.
After harvesting, the grapes were briefly crushed by foot, left on the skins overnight and pressed the next morning. Fermented and aged for 10 months on the lees in used 500 litre barrels.
Only 1120 bottles made.
