A dark wine full of spice, with notes of plum and blackberry.
This is a blend of two hot vintages (60% 2018 and 40% 2019). 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc.
Hand picked, de-stemmed and aged in 500 and 600 l barrels and stainless steel. Bottled by gravity in July 2022.
Only 3108 bottles produced.
