A nice, very light non-alcoholic drink that doesn't come with a punch of bold flavours, but has a rather delicate and subtle taste, like a gentle fresh breeze.

Alcohol-free Pet Nat alternative based on water kefir, still alive. First fermentation with quince and Grüner Veltliner juice, flavoured with dried apricots and grapeberries. Infused with elderflower cold extract and bay leaf tea, then combined with Grüner Veltliner juice again for the second fermentation to create natural bubbles. Nothing added.
