A Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) from Moritz Schilling's secod vintage 2023, grown on the volcanic soils of the Kaiserstuhl and fermented with whole grape clusters. Aged for 22 months in new barrels, unfined, unfiltered, and bottled with minimal added sulfur. Just 400 bottles produced.
