Aoltbeer is the historic sour beer of Münster. The beers in this blend matured around three years in Cognac and red wine barrels. The beer has a pleasant character of the former spirit and the fermentation ended in the beer with lots of orangey notes. Bottled in July 2024, 220 bottles made.
