In 2024 we produced only two barrels of single-varietal Rhine Riesling. The grapes come from the limestone-rich, south-facing slope of Királydomb vineyard in Pécsely. Harvest took place in a single pass, earlier than in any previous vintage — on the first day of September. The incoming fruit spent five days on the skin, then fermented and aged for over a year in larger oak barrels. The aroma is dominated by spicy and floral notes; on the palate it shows butteriness and hints of exotic fruit, with layered complexity thanks to barrel aging. Bottled unfiltered and unfined, with no added sulfur
