This is a blend of different wines from vintages 2021–2024. In Jonas’ words: „Wines that took the freedom that was given and went their own way. Wines that needed their time“. Making this wine helped to compensate for the losses of the 2024 vintage. The main part is direct-pressed and aged in small oak barrels. The rosé-colour comes from a part of skin contact Pinot Gris.
