A hybrid sparkling wine – a rosé blend of 75% apples and 25% wild grapes.
The grapes were pressed after 12 days of fermentation on the skins and assembled with the apple wine.
The wild grape provides besides the color and some tannin a ver fruity nose with aromas of strawberry, red currant and raspberry.
After 12 months of aging on the lees, it was hand disgorged. 8 g/l dosage.
