Auxerrois from 63 years old vines from the same west-facing vineyard (unofficially called Käsebrod) as the Pinot Blanc.
After harvesting, the grapes were briefly crushed, pressed in a basket press and then fermented and aged for 10 months on the less in used barriques.
Only 300 bottles made.
