Pinot Blanc from 42 years old vines from the same west-facing vineyard (unofficially called Käsebrod) as the Auxerrois.
The grapes were harvested mid-september, briefly crushed, pressed in a basket press and then fermented and aged for 10 months on the less in used barriques.
Only 600 Bottles made.
