The name says it all: "Lau" means kind of "uncomplicated" and low intervention at the same time. Lau is a wine for every day!
"Weiss" is direct pressed Riesling and Muskateller, with Gewürztraminer and some hybrids (Piwis) with 14 days of carbonic maceration.
Floral, fresh and fruity with a nice acidity kick is the message.
