The Dzsúz series has a long tradition within our portfolio, though its composition changes slightly each year. The concept, however, remains the same: a fresh, fruit-focused red wine that is all about drinkability. The majority of the blend comes from an early harvest of young Blaufränkisch from the cooler Monoszló area, fermented mostly as whole clusters and partly through direct pressing in stainless-steel tanks and oak barrels. This is complemented by riper fruit from the warmer Cabernet vineyard in Aszófő. The wine has low tannin concentration and high energy — vibrant and lively.
