As every year since the start of O2Y in 2020, our friend winemaker Nicolas Boudier has granted us an amount of his harvest of Poulsard from his small vineyard of 0.17 hectares in Villette-les-Arbois. A 2-week carbonic maceration with 100% destemmed grapes.

We can find the peppery and spicy character of our North Revermont terroir with a lot of fruit, while maintaining a note of sunshine and warmth in this vintage.
