Divided and assembled in a 50/50 blend of direct pressing and a 2-week maceration, this unusual cuvée made from Aligoté grapes from Meursault completely diverges from the classic Burgundy wines standards.
"Catimini" is a fresh wine with a citrus and mineral dominance, but it is also a robust wine with a fine tannic structure due to maceration.
