Gräfin is a skin macerated Sauvignon Blanc, around 3 weeks on the skins. This wine is showing great complexity and is multi-layered but at the same time not overwhelming. We can find continuously different aromas popping up on the palate, from orange peel and dried herbs over to jasmine tea to white almonds. This is a wine worthwhile of keeping or giving it lots of time to open up in a carafe to come to its full potential. We recommend to decant the bottle and to serve the wine not too cold.
