Bangarang Nouveau ’23 is a clean, lively and juicy young wine, bottled at the end of October and bursting with redcurrant. A wet and muggy harvest gave a high yield, with the grapes soaking up plenty of water. 70% Pineau d'Aunis and 30% Chenin Blanc, grown in clay over schist, were direct pressed and fermented in vats. Candy pink in colour and a great match for charcuterie and pickled radish, drink at around 9°.
