Le Hibou Coyote aka De Paris à Paris Par Mer is a superb light red made from Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Grenache Noir, Syrah, Carignan and Merlot. It is a complex yet fresh and elegant wine. Ripe berries, a touch of sweetnes and bitterness, spicy and a touch of smokiness. Very special like a Berberitzen-Bonbon.
In previous vintages, it was known as "De Paris À Paris Par Mer" – be careful not to confuse it ;-)
Wines and labels change each vintage. The labels, each individually designed by artist Katja Stroph, are made of cork.
