What Pauline and Carl say about Fizzy:
The yellow glow of the Fizzy glows a little warmer and more intense with the 2023 vintage. To us that reflects the new vintage. Fizzy will forever be aromatic fizzy fun in the core, but this year, there is a base of Chardonnay which adds a foundation and body, we really like. Fizzy is our biggest blend combining our most aromatic varieties: Bacchus, Morio-Muskat, Kerner, Sauvignon Blanc and Müller-Thurgau. There is also a little Riesling to add a nice, subtle acidity kick and structure. And with 2023 Chardonnay became part of the blend, making the Fizzy a bit more voluminous. Our Fizzy is a pet nat finishing the first fermentation on the bottle. It is disgorged in the beginning of March.
