G&M ‘22 is a wild blend of different varieties: Grenache Blanc, Viognier from Pezenas, Muscat d'Alexandrie from Canet en Roussillon, Chardonnay from Auvergne, Ugni Blanc and Grenache Gris from Pinet all meet in this skin contact cuvée. The grapes were vinified and macerated separately, and aged in a mixture of amphorae and tanks.
The nose is a burst of grapefruit, lychee and mango; exotic fruits that linger on the palate with a scattering of orange peel and apricot stone. A complex, elegant wine with great acidity - and with Muscat firmly in the driving seat. Enjoy at 12-14° with roasted pumpkin and preserved lemon.
