You loved Diszkó 21 and yet I changed it because I believe it’s never been so much fun as it is now. This year's entry white is a 60% riesling and 40% furmint blend. Riesling was harvested in one single round on the 19th of September, partly with short skin contact, but mainly directly pressed and fermented in tank. The furmint comes from late September and mid-October, fermented and aged in oak barrels of various sizes. The two varieties complement each other perfectly. The ripe furmint base adds depth and body to the lightness of the floral and fruit driven riesling. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with no addition of SO2.
