The apples of our farm in 2022 all dried and fell due to the intense lack of water, so Christoph’s brother Felix came to the rescue and brought us apples from his organic trees located in Württemberg. Felix owns a lot of cider apple varieties, and the cider gained in complexity, has a more “cidre bouché” vibe, and will be an excellent companion for the table. Both ciders originate from the same base.
