Grenach Gris from 80 year old vines growing on shist soil.
This is a fortified wine, aged for one year in a small old barrel. Grape spirit was added before the fermentation was completed. A tradition in Banyuls.
In the nose you find a lot of dried fruits, tobacco, coffee, liquorice and chocolate. The taste is full of structure, tannins and sweetness.
Hand blown, unique 0,5 l bottle.
