From the French word for ‘Disobedience’, Insoumis is another low yield, rare wine that filled just one barrel.

Whole bunches of grapes, still on the stem, spend 9 months in airtight steel tanks (a kind of carbonic maceration). The grapes are then pressed and poured into old oak barriques for 2 ½ to 3 years of ageing.

A soft wine with a touch of wet slate. Not a typical natural wine and equally great for classic Pinot drinkers.

Insoumis is not made every year, so take your chance to try this rare wine!
