Due to the high loss of grapes in 2021, this is the one and only Mythopia Pinot Noir of 2021. All the Pinot Noir plots combined barely filled one barrel.

Whole bunches with stems still intact are fermented and stay for 9 months in steel tanks, before being pressed and directly bottled. Unlike the other Pinots, there is no ageing in wood and no oxidation.

Compared to other Pinots this is much younger in character and more juicy. A pleasure to drink and a great example of how Mythopia wines taste when they are young. As fresh as if it was pressed yesterday - a rare opportunity to get as close as possible to the taste of the Mythopia vineyards.
