60% Grenache noir, 20% Grenache gris and 20% Macabeu from clay and limestone soil. Grapes are fermented and aged in concrete tanks.

Olla rouge is light at 11,5% and with a good amount of white wine involved, it is bright red and fresh. Some red berries, a touch of Mediterranean herbs and flowers and just the right amount of wildness to make it exciting, but still easy and a lot of fun to drink. 

We recommend to drink it slightly chilled. Works very well with grilled or smoked eggplant and octopus.
