50% Muscat Petit Grains, 50% Muscat of Alexandria grown on limestone and clay, from vines around 60 years old.
The Muscat of Alexandria is macerated for 15 days while the Muscat Petit Grains is direct pressed, before being blended immediately after fermentation and aged together for 8 months in fibre vats.
A lovely flower aromatic with orange peel and a salty finish, works very well with roasted pumpkin with goat cheese and olive oil.
