This "Chouchou" cuvée, 100% Riesling and aged in a large wooden vat, takes us directly into the aromatic basics of this emblematic grape variety from Alsace.

However, after 12 months of wood aging and 12 months in bottle, it is somewhat softened and the very distinctive markers of this grape variety lose some of their obviousness.

Some might get lost along the way during its tasting. Citrus notes are quite prominent, especially with grapefruit, along with floral notes and much richness on the finish.
