The Dzsúz series has a long tradition within the portfolio, but its composition has changed almost every year, just like this year. The concept is always the same though: a fresh, light and delicious red wine that is first and foremost about drinkability. 70% of the cuvée is made of the early harvest from young kékfrankos in the cooler climate Monoszló area, fermented mostly whole cluster and partly directly pressed in fiberglass and stainless steel tanks. This part is complemented by the grapes from our warmer Cabernet vineyard in Aszófő, following a longer whole-cluster maceration and barrel ageing. Low-tannin, high-energy wine. Unfiltered, unfined, no SO2 added.
