This is a straightforward, mineral Riesling grown on coloured sandstone (Bundsandstein) with great acidity typical of the variety and reminiscent of freshly sliced lemon. Very much ready to drink and well-suited to bitter leaves dressed with yoghurt and toasted sunflower seeds. Drink chilled.
