Almost all of Eric Kamm's wines are characterised by the granite soil (here plus some silt) in Dambach. The granite gives this Riesling straightness, minerality and lemony vibes with acidity. The silt gives it backbone and power. Bright citrus, crisp and elegant.
The vines are up to 100 years old and were planted by Eric's grandfather.
