Here is a new cuvée from Pinot Noir grown in an old vineyard in the region of La Roche de Solutré, in southern Burgundy.
With a 5-week 100% carbonic maceration,  we have developed a fruity wine with blackcurrant notes, power and dimensions characteristic of great Burgundy reds.
Well-constituted with mature and silky tannins, "Pour de Bon" is a rare and balanced wine . Its spicy and tannic features give it obvious aging potential.
