Vin de Soif is a wine to cure your thirst – aka 'gehobener Saufwein'! A high quality but fun wine.
A blend of 75% Trollinger, 15% Pinot Noir, and 10% Zweigelt. The grapes were destemmed and spent five days on the skins in open vats before being pressed. Fermentation was completed in stainless steel, and the wine was bottled after six months in steel.
