Inspired by the community brew at the Grutkulturfestival 2020 in Münster, we brewed a new batch of Kumpeni. This time, we only used hops and wormwood to spice the beer. During fermentation, we added the juice and peel of blood and bitter oranges. The beer matured for two and a half years in red wine barrels. It has subtle notes of wormwood and orange oil.
