Rufia orange is macerated for one week on the grape skins, giving the wine depth, structure and some excellent but subtle tannins. Notes of mandarin, jasmine tea and a hint of almonds. A great bottle for those looking to discover skin contact wines, and a firm favourite with those already familiar with them.
