Cuvée Fleur is made from Grenache Noir 50% and Mourvèdre 50%. For us Fleur is a striking full body red wine with full ripeness. On the nose lots of wild herbs next to dark fruits as well as some peppermint. On the palate cherries and blueberry, again herbs and spices. Lots of ripeness, complexity, all well balanced with a long finish and fine tannins.

Notes from Rasmus himself: Fruit-weighted finesse wrapped in age-worthy tannins. The old terraced Grenache Noir vineyard carries the principal taste notes to this wine. It’s always complex tannins and easy fruit in a buttery profile. Our north east facing Mourvèdre, adds a fuller roundness to the mouth and a touch of deeper fruit notes to the palate. A joy to drink and a wine with a great ageing potential. Decanting does wonders for this cuvée.

No filtering or fining. 10 mg/l SO2 at fermentation and 20 mg/l SO2 at bottling. Nothing else.
