Here’s one of our highlights from Claus’s collection: a Blaufränkisch from an old, densely planted single-pole vineyard (9,000 vines per hectare) with a brief, three-day maceration. Its light colour, fresh profile, and fruity nose might remind you of a light Gamay or Pinot Noir – in the best way possible.

A bright, delicate, and finely structured wine. On the palate, it’s soft and inviting, with tempting notes of raspberry and rose hip, balanced by gentle tannins and a lovely acidity. Enjoy it slightly chilled, and trust us, you’ll want a second bottle on hand!
