James is a natural sparkling (so-called "ancestral" method) The 2021 is a blend of Malbec (90%) and Cabernet Franc (10%). The grapes are from biodynamic vineyards in Côtes de Castillon and Côtes de Francs, harvested by hand. Direct pressing on whole bunches. Indigenous yeasts and no added inputs or sulfites. After aging on slats for a minimum of 14 months, the bottles are disgorged allowing long aging on the lees. James is a dry, delicate, elegant sparkling wine with champagne like finish.
