Tutti Frutti is a blend of three-year-old Aoltbeer with damson plums, matured in a cherry wood barrel, and a wine made from apples, quinces, plums and beetroot, flavoured with cinchona bark. All the fruit comes from our farm and from traditional orchards in the surrounding area. This cuvée is characterised by a pronounced acidity, aromas of deep red fruits and a bitter edge.
